We sew it ourselves

We sew at our own factory: from fabric cutting to packing finished products.

Workwear and uniforms, clothing for retail and wholesale buyers, bed linen. We take orders from companies and private customers and sew to samples and customer specifications.

ABAI is our own clothing brand: coats, jackets, knitwear and basics made in Kazakhstan.

Full cycle

How a garment is made

  1. Tech card and patternsBill of materials, fabric and trim consumption, markers by size and height.
  2. Materials warehouseRoll-by-roll tracking of fabric and trims, every roll with its own code.
  3. CuttingCutting by markers, pieces are gathered into bundles.
  4. SewingBundles with QR codes move between teams — we see each one in production.
  5. Inspection and packingQuality control, labels with size and height.
  6. Warehouse and shipmentFinished goods go to customers and to our shop.
